Experience

As a Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Assurance & Advisory Practice, Marc Mallare contributes 5 years of experience to the firm. Marc has expertise in managing financial statement audits and reviews, as well as advising clients on accounting, financial reporting and mergers and acquisitions.  

Marc works in various industry groups at FD, such as technology, private equity, manufacturing, timberland management, construction, hospitality and employee benefit plans. Within these industry groups, he specifically works with computer software companies, software as a service companies, food and beverage operations within stadiums, arenas, airports and hospitality operations within national parks and casinos. Internally, Marc is a member of the firm’s Leadership and Development Steering Committee and Audit Training Committee.  

Before joining FD, Marc held audit and accounting positions at a public accounting firm for 4 years where he conducted financial statement audits, reviews and advisory services. He served in industries including food and beverage, hospitality, casinos, higher education, manufacturing & distribution, private equity, nonprofits, construction, employee benefit plans and business valuations.
