Atlanta, GA — Frazier & Deeter (FD), a Top 50 accounting and advisory firm, is proud to announce the promotion of seven accomplished professionals to Partner: Donald Jack (TN), Courtney Mishoe (GA), Meredith Oakley (GA), Amber Schrock (NV), Chris Tanner (GA), Tommy Vukovich (GA) and Andrew Williard (GA). Donald Jack, CPA, is a member of FD’s Tax Practice in Nashville with over a decade of experience in tax planning and compliance for corporations and partnerships. He specializes in private equity, healthcare, technology and manufacturing, with expertise in M&A consulting and business restructurings. Jack’s strategic guidance helps clients address complex tax challenges and achieve their financial goals.

Courtney Mishoe, CPA, is a member of FD’s Tax Practice in Alpharetta with over 15 years of experience in tax compliance and planning for individuals, trusts, partnerships and S corporations. Her expertise spans professional services, healthcare and real estate, serving physicians, attorneys and corporate executives. As leader of the Outsourced Accounting Services Practice, Mishoe enhances accounting processes and provides clients with actionable financial insight.

Meredith Oakley, CPA, is a seasoned member of FD’s Tax Practice in Atlanta with over 20 years of experience. She provides extensive expertise in corporate and partnership tax for entities with multistate and international operations. Oakley is highly skilled in consulting on M&A, business restructurings and resolving high-stakes IRS disputes. Her industry focus spans manufacturing & distribution, healthcare and professional services, where she delivers innovative solutions tailored to her clients’ complex tax needs.

Amber Schrock, CPA, CISA, is a member of FD’s Advisory Practice and now serves as the Las Vegas Office Managing Partner. She brings over 15 years of experience in the gaming, data center services and manufacturing industries. Schrock specializes in IT risk management, general IT controls and compliance with PCAOB Audit Standards and COSO frameworks. Known for her leadership and technical expertise, Schrock is a trusted advisor to her clients.

Chris Tanner, CPA, is a member of FD’s Audit Practice in Atlanta with over 10 years of experience in financial statement audits, reviews and compilation engagements under US GAAP and IFRS. His industry expertise spans alternative investments, manufacturing, construction, professional services and timber/timberland audits. Tanner also specializes in working with investment advisors and SEC custody compliance.

Tommy Vukovich, CPA, is a member of FD’s Audit Practice, bringing nearly 15 years of expertise to clients. He specializes in integrated and non-integrated audits, reviews and business combinations, with a proven track record of success across both public and private markets. His industry experience encompasses manufacturing & distribution, professional services, retail and financial services.

Andrew Williard, CPA, is a member of FD’s Audit Practice in Atlanta with over 15 years of experience. He has extensive experience in audits, reviews and compliance-based engagements under US GAAP and IFRS. Williard is a leader in the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Industry Groups, and his proven expertise includes franchisors/ franchisees, healthcare organizations and not-for-profit entities.
