Atlanta, GA – Frazier & Deeter (FD), a Top 50 accounting and advisory firm, announced today the retirement of Bill Godshall, a distinguished Partner in the firm’s Audit Practice. His retirement marks the culmination of a remarkable career spanning more than three decades, including nearly 20 years of dedicated service to the firm.

Since joining Frazier & Deeter in 2005, Godshall has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s Public Company Audit Practice, drawing on his extensive experience as an Inspection Leader at the Public Company Accounting and Oversight Board (PCAOB). Godshall’s career has been marked by his reputation as a trusted advisor to both public and private clients across the energy, manufacturing, technology and financial services industries, with a particular focus on SEC reporting, derivatives, leases, debt restructuring, business combinations and revenue recognition.

“We are immensely grateful to Bill for his contributions to Frazier & Deeter and the impact he has had on our clients and our firm,” said Seth McDaniel, FD Managing Partner. “His leadership, expertise and commitment to excellence have set a high standard for all of us, and his legacy will continue to influence our firm for years to come.”
