Professional services firm to relocate local office from SoBro high-rise
Frazier & Deeter (FD) and New City Properties announced today that FD will be moving its Nashville office to the Neuhoff District, a mixed-use development in Germantown. FD, an award-winning Top 50 accounting and advisory firm, will relocate from the SoBro downtown area. A partnership between Stream Realty and Cushman & Wakefield represented the developer, which is a collaboration between New City, Cousins Properties and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Jones Lang Lasalle represented FD in this transaction.

A former meat-packing plant, Neuhoff (www.neuhoffdistrict.com) has been a part of Nashville’s historic fabric for more than one hundred years. In the five decades since the Neuhoff Packing Company closed, the abandoned site has at different times been the home for the Nashville Jazz Workshop, the Nashville Cultural Arts Project and a personal studio for singer and songwriter John Prine.

The first phase of the mixed-use residential, retail and office project will total nearly 1 million square feet of space along the Cumberland River in Germantown. The renovation of the historic structures at Neuhoff began in 2019 and the retail and office space will formally reopen to the public later this year.
