Paul recently joined Frazier & Deeter as the leader of the Firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He brings our clients the benefit of more than 25 years of experience in a wide variety of accounting, finance and transaction advisory services.
Paul is responsible for directing and managing the firm's transaction advisory engagements, providing financial due diligence and quality of earnings reviews on both the buy-side and sell-side to private equity groups, investment banking firms and corporate strategic partners. Additionally, Paul provides advisory services around mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and spin-offs, as well as quality of assets reviews, working capital analysis and post-transaction matters.
Before joining Frazier & Deeter, Paul held similar roles at a Big Four firm and other accounting and professional services firms for nearly ten years. Prior to returning to professional services ten years ago, Paul held various audit, accounting, finance and business operations positions with companies ranging in size from start-up to one of the country’s largest privately-owned enterprise based in Atlanta. While in these roles, he was responsible for auditing, business operations, accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, product and deal analysis and enterprise governance.
Paul has experience in a number of industries, including private equity, manufacturing and distribution, business services, technology, media and telecommunications, healthcare, broadcasting, new media, hospitality, foodservice and construction.
Paul is married, has four children, and lives in Dunwoody, Georgia. He supports the St. Vincent dePaul Society and Habitat for Humanity through his time, treasure and talent. Paul is also an avid UGA football fan and is a physical fitness enthusiuast.
