Richard brings 20 years of experience to his clients. He became a partner with Frazier & Deeter in 2011 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Faucett Taylor & Associates.
Richard joined Faucett Taylor & Associates in 1993 later becoming a partner in the tax practice providing tax planning and compliance services in a variety of industries. He has concentrated on clients in real estate development including retail, residential, industrial, and construction. He has significant expertise with special tax issues applicable to partnerships, limited liability companies, and S corporations including formation and reorganization.
In addition he works with a large number of high net worth individuals including nonresident aliens with U.S. investments and tax reporting requirements
